Return & Refund Policy

At Feathorne, we hope every piece you receive feels considered and timeless. However, should something not be quite right, we are here to assist.


30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit on their way back to us.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping in full. Once you have contacted us and your return has been authorised, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You will not be charged for return postage in any situation where the fault lies with us or the product.


Not Satisfied With Your Order?

We want every Feathorne purchase to feel worth it. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at info@feathorne.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Depending on the nature of your concern, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

- A full refund to your original payment method
- A replacement item
- Store credit for a future purchase

We ask that you provide your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assess your case promptly and find the most suitable resolution for you.


Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we may assess the matter and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

The most efficient way to obtain a different item is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the desired piece.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@feathorne.com.
